NordWestZentrum

HBB has taken over center management and leasing for the NordWestZentrum (NWZ for short) in Frankfurt.

The shopping center, which is located in the northwest of Frankfurt, is one of the busiest and largest in Germany. It houses 170 stores, restaurants and service outlets. In total, the shopping center has approximately 94,500 m² of leasable space. Anchor tenants include Primark, Media Markt, REWE Center, Decathlon, Zara, P&C West, Müller Drogerie, H&M and C&A. The NWZ has approximately 3,500 parking spaces, its own subway stop and a central bus station. The center also offers a wide range of urban services for the population of northwest Frankfurt, such as the TITUS-Thermen adventure swimming pool, SAALBAU event hall, a citizens’ registration office and a basketball hall. The overall property also includes apartments, offices, a hotel, medical practices and a gas station. With a total area of almost 360,000 m², the NWZ represents the meeting point for the population of northwest Frankfurt and the entire catchment area.

In cooperation between Josef Buchmann Immobilien and HBB, the tenant and sector mix is to be further developed and the property adapted to the changing market conditions.
