Gänsbach-Center Hilpoltstein

Expansion of the retail and service offer close to the city center

On a former industrial wasteland, an attractive project for Hilpoltstein was realized with the Gänsbach Center. HBB took advantage of the direct connection to the city center and the existing retail agglomeration as well as the excellent transport links and visibility of the site to build a contemporary local supply center. Thus, the city center is strengthened and existing supply gaps in the retail structure are closed.

The Gänsbach Center is located in the immediate vicinity of the city center and complements the existing retail, gastronomy and service offerings. The site is located southwest of the historic city center on the Altstadtring, about 500m from the centrally located Hilpoltstein City Hall.

The Altstadtring forms the main traffic artery of the city and connects the three important supra-local traffic axes in Hilpoltstein. With the overriding function of the Altstadtring with a daily traffic volume of around 15,000 cars, the retail park also reaches customers from the surrounding communities on approx. 125 parking spaces.

The branch and tenant mix forms a well-rounded offer for Hilpoltstein and the catchment area on approx. 3,500m² of rental space.

The Gänsbach Center is scheduled to open in September 2020.
