- In 1a to 2b locations of A,-B,- and C-cities
- Existing properties with development potential
- In central locations of A, B and C cities (all property sizes)
- In city district locations and peripheral locations with good accessibility
- Property size at least approx. 10,000 m2
- In city center and city district locations with connection to the main business zone
- Good transport accessibility
- Center and city district locations as well as (with appropriate size) periphery
- Suitable planning law, preferably without restrictions
- At least 3,000 m2 of sales area
- Good transport accessibility
- In A,B,C and D cities
- Center and district locations as well as periphery if planning law is available
- Good transport accessibility
- Developed or undeveloped
