We are looking for land for our project development in the area of nursing homes
Properties of interest to us are to meet as many of the following criteria as possible:
- Property size at least around 2,500m² to around 15,000m².
- With or without old buildings.
- GFA at least approx. 6,500m² to 10,000m², possibly more.
- Building rights for nursing homes (WA, MK, MI area or Section 34).
- Good to simple residential areas in the vicinity of district centres, in smaller cities close to the centre; good transport links, both with local public and private transport; ideally, there is infrastructure for daily needs (bakery, hairdresser, etc.) nearby; socially stable living environment.
- Ideally: market square to front, park to back.
- Natural environment, no district development.
- In cities with more than 15,000 inhabitants; Catchment area at least approx. 70,000 inhabitants.
