HBB takes over management for “Forum Stein”

HBB took over the operative centre management for “Forum Stein” on 1st October, 2020.

The “FORUM Stein” was opened in the former Krügel area in 2015 and since then has offered a diverse mix of well-known chain stores as well as regional and owner-managed shops over approx. 18,900 sqm. The FORUM Stein has space for approx. 36 shops over two floors in the food, chemist’s, service, fashion and gastronomy sectors. The anchor tenants include “Rewe”, “Müller” and “Woolworth”. Supra-regional tenants include the “Depot”, “Deichmann”, “Apollo Optik” and “mister*lady Jeans”. Other well-known brands and regional concepts round off the mix of sectors.

There are around 600 parking spaces available to customers of the centre, where they can park for 90 minutes free of charge.

The new HBB Centre Manager, Thomas Fuchs, is looking forward to the exciting task.
